Note: Tasting room wine selection varies- not all wines are currently available for tasting.

Chardonnay

Barrel Select Chardonnay 2010

100% Chardonnay, fermented and aged in French oak. Nose: Light mineral, floral and apple notes. Taste: Apple, banana and creamy vanilla. A full-bodied, creamy white with a touch of spice on the palate.

Chardonnay

Chardonnay 2009

100% Chardonnay aged in stainless steel tanks. Nose: pear, apple and citrus. Taste: Fuji apple, bose pear, and cotton candy with a spot of minerality. A refreshing white wine to accompany light or spicy fare.

Vidal Blanc

Vidal Blanc 2009

100% Vidal Blanc, stainless steel fermented. Nose: Gooseberry, honeydew and citrus. Taste: Same as aroma with a refreshing crispness and touches of mineral on the finish. Nice complexity. Surprisingly similar to a Sauvignon Blanc.

Viognier

Viognier 2009

100% Viognier, stainless steel fermented. Nose: Honeysuckle, lime and apricot. Taste: Pear, honey, apricot and peach. A full bodied white wine with a hint of spiciness and a long finish.

Woodland White (Semi-Sweet)

Woodland White (Semi-Sweet) 2010

A semi-sweet mix of Chardonnay and Vidal Blanc (~4% residual sugar). Fruit forward apple on the aroma and taste.
