NEW RELEASE!
Merlot (2006)
95% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged approximately 10 months in one year old French oak barrels. Nose: black cherry and cranberry. Taste: medium-bodied, with supple cherry and cinnamon flavors. This wine has a strong tannin structure, making it an age-worthy red.
Woodland Red (Sweet, 2006)
A blend of approximately 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot, stainless steel fermented and sweetened (~4% residual sugar). Nose: geranium, cherry and cinnamon candy. Taste: maraschino cherries, with a dusty tannin finish.
Cabernet Sauvignon (2005)
100% Cabernet Sauvignon, fermented in open-top bins and aged approximately 8 months in new French oak barrels. Nose: dark berries, plum and cinnamon. Taste: medium-bodied, with raspberry and chocolate notes, followed by a dusty tannin finish. Drink now through 2010
