Viognier (2008)
BRONZE MEDAL, WINES OF THE SOUTH
100% Viognier, stainless steel fermented. Nose: Fresh cucumber with white
grapefruit, honeydew and dried apples. Taste: Apricot, honeysuckle and green
tea- nice acidity and a dry finish.
Muscat (2008) SOLD OUT
100% Muscat, stainless steel fermented with 2% residual sugar. We used a pink
muscat clone, so the wine has a beautiful, light pink hue, though we are still
classifying it as a white wine. Nose: Floral (rose) with apricot and honeysuckle.
Taste: White peach and asian pear- nice acidity and slightly sweet, honey
finish.

Vidal Blanc (2007)
100% Vidal Blanc, stainless steel fermented. Nose: ripe apple and pear. Taste:
crisp apple- light and refreshing
Chardonnay
(2008)
100% Chardonnay, fermented in neutral French oak and aged in stainless steel
tanks. Nose: crisp light citrus aroma. Taste: washed pear, citrus, crisp acidity.
Arefreshing white wine to accompany light or spicy fare.
Barrel Select Chardonnay
(2007)
100% Chardonnay, fermented and aged for 10 months in neutral French oak. Nose:
green apple and pear. Taste: apple, vanilla, lightly buttered toast, and a
smooth honeyed finish. A well balanced white.
Woodland White (2008, Semi-Sweet)
100% Chardonnay fermented in stainless steel with 4% residual sugar. Nose:
aromatic apple. Taste: sweet ripe apple.
